Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA), the joint venture of Nippon Express and NYK, has revised its mid-and-long term business plan. The airline said that while the cargo industry had seen many economic slowdowns in the past, what it has experienced since the latter half of 2008 is unprecedented.
